Jeanny Pinedo starrted with Nellie Hutchison at the very beginning of this adventure 8 years ago.  She is very intelligent, creative, and hardworking.  There are no problems, only solutions that have not yet been found!  Throughout the years, we have relied on her expertise, kindness, and resourcefulness to expand our many operations and services.  She is bilingual and we all know we are in good hands with her guidence in all legal matters.

Many will remember Roberto from the INN at Loreto Bay and the Whales Inn. His customer service skills are excellent and he is always willing to assist guests and ensure that everyone has a good time.  This is one of the reasons many return time and time again. His experience and knowledge of the area will be a welcome introduction to the beauty and fun that Loreto offers. Ildefonso Drew is known as "Taco" by all his friends and we hope our clients too! Taco is also Loretano and knows how to get things done here.  He is a very hard worker and just keeps "going and going"!  He has worked many years with Fabian and Ramona at the Whales Inn Hotel and they make a great team.   Taco knows every home in Founders Neighborhood and able to prioritize repairs and understand what is necessary and what things can save the client money.  Although he is our lead Inspector, he also has the abilities to do plumbing, electrical and handyman repairs in his spare time! Say "buenas dias" to Taco when you see him and watch his face light up with a smile!

Everyone affectionately calls Ramona Baeza "Monchita".  Ramona is one of the most efficient and trustworthy housekeepers I have met in Loreto.  Also coming from the Whales Inn team, she has a lot of experience with North American guest expectations and we are so lucky to have her on our team.  Her smile is infectious and her desire to please genuine.  Ramona truly embodies the authentic Loreto hospitality that we all fell in love with to invest here. Say hello to "Monchita" and continue building community.  Let us know if you have any special requests for your arrival and Ramona will take care of you.  We have had homeowners tell us that their "home has never been cleaned so well!"

We are so very pleased to have Norma join our team after many years of trying to woo her away from the INN at Loreto Bay.   Norma is a very hard worker, conscientious and thorough in her detail of guest expectations.    She is very friendly and knows basic English.  Norma and Monchita make a great team, and available fohousekeeping services should our guests want a refresh during the week.

Gabriel Garcia is well respected throughout the local Loreto community and is the Official SAT (Hacienda Tax Department) representative for Loreto.  He is hard working and dedicated to being part of Loreto's economic growth.  We are pleased to have  Gabriel Garcia as part of our team and ensuring that we are full compliance with all the upcoming tax regulations and changes.  Gabriel is learning English very quickly, and always looks forward to the opportunity to practice.  We see a bright future with Gabriel on board!
